Privacy notice

This notice covers the public Galileo Pulse website. It does not cover the signed-in platform, which is governed by each customer’s agreement.

What we collect

If you book a demonstration, the booking form (name, work email and anything you choose to tell us) is collected through Calendly so your chosen time can be confirmed and rescheduled. If you contact us by other means, we hold only what you send us. We do not ask for any other personal information on this site.

How it is used and stored

Your booking details are used only to hold and prepare your demonstration. They are held by Calendly under its own terms and are not displayed publicly or sold.

Cookies and third parties

This public site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the demonstration calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set cookies or process your details when you interact with it — see Calendly’s own privacy notice. Signing in to the platform stores a session in your browser so you remain signed in.

Your choices

You can reschedule or cancel your booking using the link in your confirmation email, or ask what we hold about you by replying to any message we send you about your demonstration.
